JetCode Labs ("we", "us", or "our") operates this website and the mobile applications listed on it. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
By using our apps or website, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Information We Collect
We collect the minimum data necessary to operate and improve our apps. This may include:
- Usage data — gameplay statistics, session length, feature interactions, and crash reports. This helps us fix bugs and improve the experience.
- Device information — device model, operating system version, and language settings. Used for compatibility and debugging.
- Game progress — scores, unlocks, and preferences stored locally on your device and optionally synced via Apple Game Center or Google Play Games if you opt in.
- Contact information — only when you email us directly. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry.
We do not collect your name, address, or payment details directly. Any in-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple or Google.
How We Use Your Information
- To operate and maintain our apps and website
- To identify and fix crashes and bugs
- To understand how features are used so we can improve them
- To respond to support requests you send us
We do not use your data for advertising profiling or sell it to data brokers.
Third-Party Services
Our apps may use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:
- Apple App Store / Google Play — manages downloads and payments. Subject to Apple's and Google's respective privacy policies.
- Apple Game Center / Google Play Games — optional leaderboard and save-sync features. Only activated if you sign in.
- Analytics — we may use an analytics provider to collect aggregated, anonymised usage data. No personally identifiable data is shared.
Advertising
Some of our free apps display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. These networks may use anonymised identifiers (such as your device's advertising ID) to serve relevant ads and measure performance. You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time via your device settings:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → opt out of ads personalisation
Our apps offer a one-time purchase to remove ads entirely.
Children's Privacy
Our apps are rated 4+ and are intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Data Retention & Deletion
Anonymised analytics data is retained for up to 24 months to help us track long-term improvements. Support emails are retained for as long as necessary to resolve your enquiry.
To request deletion of any data associated with you, please contact us at privacy@jetcodelabs.com and we will process your request within 30 days.
Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
